How to find and recruit affiliates?

Hello,

Hope this is the right forum to post my question. I need some advice for my site. I have a web hosting site and and wanted to extend our marketing by recruiting affiliates for my hosting packages. I have no experience on how to find and recruit affiliates? can you share any tips to recruit affiliate marketers for my sites?

You should try to target internet marketing forums and then create a thread introducing your hosting affiliate program to the members of the forum. Make sure to mention the USP's and also internal testing stats, so that affiliates can know the conversion rates for your program. If you are new to the business then it will be a bit tough at the start.
