You have free plugins Yoast and all-in-one-SEO, both are good don't know for video SEO but they are good. It was long time when I last time used Yoast, I think that yoast provide you to track keyword in content and gives you SEO score for page/post.
I think that both can hide post/pages from search engines, you can write custom meta title and description for SE or leave to automatically generate description or to use excerpt.
You can write custom social SEO, etc. etc.
one of cache plugins have additional option for Yoast, but that don't mean that is the best one.
My suggestion is to read their help/support articles and various reviews even video about them and then make your own decision.
