Proof of traffic? $50 is a steep price, I pay that much for banners on sites with 5-10 times that much traffic.
The fact you are making it nofollow as well makes the value lower too....
Still, might be interested, just more details please.

The spot is sidewide and I can't make it dofollow, it's too risk.

Check your private message for screenshots of Google Analytics.
