Which is better for affiliate marketing?

I want to know which is better for affiliate marketing, should I make a review site or start blogging with helping articles or mini review sites?
I heard about CPA (cost per action) or CPS (Cost per sale), I don't know which one should I start with?

Any advice?

For long term success I would go for blogging. I think it is the best way to create your authority. Furthermore, you can add reviews on various products too on your blog in a separate section.
