What makes you stay with a web hosting?

Uptime / if they are down - how long / support SLA's - quality of the support responses, how long it takes for them to respond. Robust data center / least latency etc.... Also are they as good when you started to when you think you may want to leave ?

I would support the idea of choosing reliabilty above all. Prices and all other factors can be ignored up to some extent but reliability can't be compromised.

The support offered by the web host is one the main factors that I look for in the web host. The response time and honesty which the support staff of web hosting provider put forth is a big factor whether I stay with the web host or move to another web host.
