Promoting on forums can be very beneficial!

We often post ads on Webmaster Sun and other forums with special promo codes. If you outline your product/services and give a good special discount, you will likely get some extra sales from people looking for a good deal.

Forum marketing helps to drive a handful of inorganic traffic to your website. You can get traffic but not sure about leads. Also the 'do follow' forums are no better compared to 'no follow' forums as forum threads are rarely indexed in search engines. Its better to use blogs and Web2.0 properties for building backlinks.

Most of the popular internet marketing forums enjoy high domination, validity and clearly an average measure of guests. So, when commenting an answer and trust that the link is going to increase the standard to the thread, then kindly do it. By doing this, you are not just making a quality backlink for your site, yet in the meantime, you are additionally pulling in an exceptionally focused on stream of guests to your site. That is the best type of activity that you can ever had for your site.

I don't understand most of what you are saying as it seems that you are using some form of auto-translation to English... That said I'll try decipher some of it with my thoughts...

1) Commenting on other blogs does not provide any significant link juice and it will not improve your rankings... In a lot of cases these links are nofollow or are extremely weak... Activities such as comment spamming does nothing and further Google is fully aware of differentiating a genuine link from a comment spam link... This is NOT a way to get a quality backlink as you put it...

2) Getting lots of comments on your blog posts does not improve your rankings... Further it is really easy to fake all of that or alternatively do nothing with switching off your spam detector and you'll see a ton of spam comments appearing...

3) Commenting on popular blogs with providing great feedback or insightful comments which can help others can attract some traffic to your website should you be able to place a link much in the same way as placing a sig link on a forum... However as indicated it is not an effective way to improve your rankings at all... A better approach would be to post a guest article on a popular blog....

The question was about traffic not search engine ranking. People need to stop putting all their eggs in one basket and diversify their marketing. Google, Bing, etc.. are just search engines. By networking on forums and other social media you develop something more important than search engine ranking. You develop relationships. As people get to know you better they are more likely to buy from you AND buy again.
