Is there a way to put in your sales page link and a upsell link and so on with a wordpress plugin? Something that can link your offers together and use it as a sales Funnel.
what are the best ways you are using on your site now?
There isn't anything special to setting up a sales funnel nor does it require any special software... After a sale is made the person will always be referred to a "thank you" or "download" page... Its these pages that you can turn into a funnel e.g. lets take paypal for example (pretty much all payment gateways work in the same way incl. affiliate platforms as a vendor. When selling on PayPal you specify an after sales page noting that you can also specify a cancel page too.... Lets assume page 1 is the landing page where the first offer is located:
Page 1: User -> Buys Product -> Returned to Page 2
Page 2: Offers Upsell. Below the page is a link stating "No Thanks Continue to Purchase". -> User clicks either upsell (page 3) or no thanks (downsell page 4)
Page 3 and so forth: Offer another upsell/downsell etc.... Or provide product..
Page 4 and so forth: User sees downsell plus access to product. If user buys downsell -> refer to another page .... or user access product and end of funnel...
For me the best way to create a funnel is to do it manually... I dont bother with any special software... Another handy tip is to segment your list based on purchases/levels so that you can drive traffic to specific areas of your funnel...
Its all easy to do - but the key is to take a large sheet of paper and map out the entire process...
