I'm looking for writers to write an ebook for me and i think that it can bring traffic back to my website through ebooks
this way's effective or not? has anyone ever tried it and share me any experience

Of course it will bring tons of traffic as well as new leads. If you're looking for content writer then you should visit Elance or oDesk kinda freelance sites or for more precise articles try out iWriter.
