from this link it's an unmanaged VPS but why is centos-5.8-x86_64-cPanel-install? it included cPanel without paying extra fee?

Depending on the plan you should choose Centos 6.5 x86_64 is what you should use.

what that means is cPanel is only built into the operating system as a template and it just makes it easier to install cPanel. It does not provide a license.

But we are currently offering free cPanel with all our unmaanged servers except the New Bee plans.
