Your better off putting all your time and energy into one blog. When you start to split up your time over multiple blogs they all suffer. Unless your going to hire content writers for your blogs. And just keep this in your mind, the old of making a living off the internet are worse the trying to hit the powerball. You have better odds of getting hit by lighting then making a living off of the internet!

You should definitely concentrate on one blog. Everyone has a blog nowadays and if you want yours to be something different and stand out from the others, you will definitely have to put more attention on it and be creative with it, having multiple blogs and them not fitting inside your daily schedule isn't going to help you, and as a human being your attention probably wouldn't be at it's sharpest when you have to work on a couple of things of the same sort rather than one. So if you want to succeed you should go for the hit or miss and focus on your main one.

Start from one blog and once you will get revenue and result as expected go with multiples. When you will come to know how to write quality contents with unique contents then you can think of another. You will need to get idea of how to write the unique, quality , with top rank keywords article. It will help you to understand the all aspect of the blog posting. You will get the clear knowledge with experience of writing. Focus on one and after that go with multiple.

for my opinion running so many blogs may divided your attention and can make your life more occupy and too busy but having one blog can give you more options what to do and also you can write very meaningful blog if you are just focusing on one blog but it depends if your good at multi tasking many blog and you feel that you can still write a great content why not go ahead you will become a great blogger someday :)

Dealing with more blogs would lead you to create more topics so if you have enough time for everything like maintaining your blogs in a day then it's okay for you to create multiple ones. I honestly just keep one since I don't want to spend more time on my desk and I could only sustain one since I usually run out of topics to make.

I suggest you concentrate on 1 blog first and make it appealing to your audience. It may confuse you and less productive if you are working from one blog to another. Just concentrate on 1 then work on advertising it.

Managing multiple blogs is awesome if you can manage to keep them running simultaneously. Are they earning you enough or you would rather work on building one and when its starts earning well then move to the next one?

Hello
I am managing more than one blog. I have started blogging before 6 months on. I want to ask should I run more than one blog or concentrate on only one? which is better and which will give me more revenue/benefits if I run a blog or multi-blogs?
Please share your helps to show me what I should go with...
It all depends on the central theme of your blog and the market. If you are just starting, it will be better if you start with one blog, concentrate your efforts in regularly improving your website and contents until such time it is stable. This will be your testing ground for your success and gain valuable experience. New opportunities, new markets will normally come along the way. By that time, you will know better how to manage your succeeding blogs. Do not spread yourself too hard. You may end up not only with coping up problems because of too much work but also with health issues.

There are many factors to consider when having multiple blogs.

1. Time - can you manage all your blogs with your current schedule?
2. Knowledge - are you already knowledgeable enough to manage multiple blogs? I mean, if you haven't been successful yet with your first blog, you may end up wasting time and effort if you create additional blogs.
3. Expertise - Make sure that if you create multiple blogs, you have wide knowledge about each category/content.

There may be a lot more things to consider but these are the main factors that I can think of.

I agree with you on this point, we only should start working on multi blogs when succeeded with first blog. If no, it even is more difficult than developing a blog.

I mean it really just boils down to whether you can manage multiple quality blogs. If not I'd say stick with just one that you know you can invest in and make successful.

Focus on a single blog because it is more ideal, practical and efficient this way. First and foremost, it would be easier to promote a single blog compared to promoting multiple ones. Imagine how hard it would be to send your eight blog links to other people. This is not ideal because people will lose interest immediately with your promotion because it would be wasteful of their time and yours. Secondly, using a single blog allows you to focus on specific criteria you like and not just be forced with other ideas. If you give concentration and passion on one thing, it will grow efficiently and effectively. Lastly, I believe that the cost of domain hosting is quite expensive even for one blog site. What more if you host 4-5 blog sites simultaneously? Having multiple blog site is exciting yes but hold your horses for a while. Wait when your blog site gets adequate recognition and popularity, then that time would be the right moment for you to add an additional blog site.
