Today, days of so called creative web designs seems to be over. Business owners have to understand and differentiate between quality website and good looking low quality websites.

why creative web designs seems to be over?
I have read your link but really didn't understand your meanings
you are mentioning to quality of content instead of creative web designs? :D

i mean, quality designs would have limitations, and lesser creativity. Let us suppose you make a logo which has some real meaning, which can even be quizzed. But what is the use of it?
common users has come to your site for specific purpose, you have to concentrate on understanding the purpose of visit of your targeted user and give him what he wants.
Web Design in many, all most all cases is very limited.
1. logo
2. image
3. banner
that all, Room for creative for design aspect is seemly very limited. You get best themes, paid and free which solves your purpose. Then why should one not focus on other parameters?
