For eCommerce website I love to create on Joomla. I have just completed some projects on Joomla and I have some grip over them so this is the reason to choose Joomla.

Just had a look into Joomla, they are still using tables to create there code! I would avoid at all costs. Unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you as this isn't my area of expertise. Tables are non standard though and they can only cause problems!

Tables only cause problems in responsive desing, if you need a website for all platforms ( mobile, pc etc.) then you need to come up with something else. But if you are making a store, well i bet it cannot be used in phones anyways ?

For designing a site Adobe Photoshop is the best tool. And for developing a e-commerce you may use Joomla or Magneto.
