My website based E-mails are not working with external domain

Hi,

I recently bought web hosting and registered a domain. With help of cpanel, configured two emails. These emails are not working (incoming & outgoing) with external domain based e-mails like Yahoo, Gmail, etc.,

Instead just working between these two emails only (may be same domain) ?

Can anyone please help me on this and what's the issue here ?

I'm having trouble understanding this.
Are you trying to receive emails from Gmail, Yahoo, etc. to your new domain email account?
Or trouble sending emails?

First of all, I would like to know have you setup the DNS records for your domain correctly? Are the MX record and RDNS is setup correctly?

If everything is setup correctly then can you please provide me the email logs while sending and receiving the email to third party provider? It will help to know the exact issue with the your email service.

I would 1st check the DNS record for your mail server via https://www.whatsmydns.net/
If this has the right IP address then within cpanel itself you need to make sure sfp and DKIM are configured correctly as most mail servers now require atleast one of them.
