I am going to open 10 new websites on different niches, from posts on this forum I chose namesilo.com as main domain registrar, not sure there are some that offering lower price for .com domain than namesilo $6.9 for per .com domain ? :) The rest, I will buy shared hosting plans because I don't want to put all websites on my existing vps or dedicated servers, the budget for shared hosting is about $10 /month. I had an account on themeforrest with 10+ different themes hence templates for websites are ready to use.
My question is what are your suggestions to have 10 websites with lowest price?

the budget for shared hosting is about $10 /month.
Is that $10 / month for all 10 websites? Or $10/month for each website?

Are you also looking to mix and match for multiple providers? or simply want to keep everything at the same provider?

$10 for 2 or 3 shared hosting plans and I will split websites into these packages.
The problem I am caring is how much I will spend for 10 new domain names from Namesilo? can I have big discount from this domain registrar? and how much for renewing them after one year :)

I'm not sure if you'll find much cheaper than NameSilo, but also I don't think 10 domains would really get you a bulk discount. Using their price calculator it seems you'd need upwards of 50 domains to get a discount off the list price.

You might find other domains aside from .com for a bit cheaper but you'd have to browse around a bit.

As far as your hosting price, you should be able to find a few providers in that realm for you to split them between.

I typically find, that for .com domains, OnlineNIC has the most affordable registration and renewal costs are the same.

I have two domains at OnlineNIC but to be honest it is hard to use their domain control panel and this domain registrar is not popular such as Namecheap or Godaddy.

It's great for hosting providers. It was built for remote administration via API. The only reason I login is to re-up. Not as popular as Namecheap or GoDaddy, yes, but it's difficult to do business at those registrars. Their shopping carts are always malfunctioning.

Every time I've tried to register a domain, there is like 3 or 4 incorrect products in the cart, such as SEO and Email products, that I have to delete. Thankfully, the OnlineNIC cart functions smoothly. Maybe it's not for the casual user, but they've got the best product for large hosting providers who need lots of domains.
