the answer to this question varies depending on the specifications, terms and condition related to the theme and its developer.
The theme will cost low ($5-$10), if:
- It is just a onetime theme without any future updates and bug fixes.
- If there is no bug reporting system is available from the developer.
- If the developer is a new identity in the market.
- If the developer's reputation is not well developed and still not recognized over the internet.
- If the theme is not restricted by license (anybody can use it on unlimited number of sites)
The theme will cost high ($35-$350), if:
- Availability of restricted license
- Number of Websites' usage for the given theme license
- Tech support
- Bug fixes and free future updates
- Fully customization option by the buyer, using tools like Photoshop.
- Developer's period of existence and related reputation in the wordpress theme market.
Now , you need to decide to which category the developer falls for whom you are inquiring.
