Static web design is written using the simple techniques and tolls..And there is no database storage here for any procedure..

But in case of dynamic which is quiet complex written using languages like PHP..

Yes you can crawl a dynamic URL in Google. Google does not make different between static and dynamic for crawling its only depend on some SEO strategies.

Dynamic URL is the address of the page that results from research on the web site database-driven or URL for the Web site that you run a script. In contrast to fixed addresses, and that the contents of the Web page remain the same, but if the changes are hard-coded to create HTML, dynamic URLs from specific inquiries to the site database. Dynamic page is basically only a template to display the results of the query the database. Instead of changing the information in the HTML code, is to change the data in the database.

There is a lot of difference between static and dynamic website. Static website contains only the information regarding topics, but there is no user interaction and database driven and dynamic website is database driven and the user can easily interact with the system.

Static websites are created for providing information only and does not require database to store the information whereas a dynamic website changes continuously and has different view for different users and it requires database to store the user's data.Static websites are easily created as it is simple html pages whereas dynamic websites are created using more complex code.

Static websites are the cheapest to develop and host.Dynamic sites on the other hand can be more expensive to develop initially, but the advantages are numerous.

There are many static websites on the Internet, you won't be able to tell immediately if it is static, but the chances are, if the site looks basic and is for a smaller company, and simply delivers information without any bells and whistles, it could be a static website. Static websites can only really be updated by someone with a knowledge of website development. Static websites are the cheapest to develop and host, and many smaller companies still use these to get a web presence. Here at EDinteractive web development, we can advise or help to develop both static and dynamic websites.

The major difference between static sites and dynamic sites is the location of the content. In a statiic site, the content is written directly to the page as part of the HTML code, and is therefore, coupled directly to the appearance of each page. In a dynamic site, the content is contained in a database separate from the framework of the page and is accessed by the browser on the fly as the page is loaded through the code of the site. It is this separation of content into a backend that allows for themes to be used interchangably on dynamic sites.

While a very small site might be be easily built as a static site, in most cases, it is still easier and faster to build such a site dynamically by using a CMS system such as WordPress or Drupal. Sites developed with a CMS framework can be easily modified by the site owner and can allow even a novice to the web an easy upgrade path. Custom themes will allow the site to stand out easily from its peers and still maintain the ease of use.

To answer the original question of redirection of a static page to a dynamic page: yes it can be redirected, just the same as any other page would be redirected. In many cases, a dynamic site (assuming it is being developed by someone who knows what they are doing) will make use of 'clean URLS' which allow the page to be accessed through rewritten addresses of words instead of numeric page IDs. Browse to the page to which you want the original page to redirect, note its URL and use that URL in your redirection cod eofn the original static page.

Static websites are designed for offering details only and does not require data source to shop the details whereas a powerful website changes consistently and has different view for different users and it needs data source to shop the customer's data.Static sites are easily designed as it is simple html rule pages whereas powerful sites are designed using more complicated rule.

Pretty much as the others have said above.

An example of a dynamic site would be webmastersun, the content is user driven so is very dynamic and changes each time a thread is post. Other examples would be question and answer sites (like Yahoo answer) and blogs.

To make any changes in these type of websites you have to contact a website designer. He will make those changes by editing the files directly. Only HTML friendly person can do this. In other word A static site would be something like a company home page, where the information is pretty standard and is not changed frequently.
