I am in a bit of a short time squeeze and spent a few days researching Google domains to handle my .com and .com.au domains
After 2-3 painfully slow and not very helpful chats with their chat bot/person I tried to transfer one of my domains to a new hosting account I had created
The transfer was rejected saying that business details were incorrect - strange since they have been registered in Australia through other registrars for many years without any trouble at all - ABN, business name everything correct
So I embarked on another support chat. After another painfully slow (not very helpful chat) they finally notified me that the don't handle .com.au
This seems very strange since their web site claims to handle .com.au, my current hosting company says they think they handle .com.au, and as far as I know there are not that many restrictions over which domains major registrars can handle
Can anyone advise please. It has wasted 2 days of my very valuable time. I didn't have much time to deal with the transfers to start with. Its all something of an emergency situation
