Which VPS Host to Chose?

Hi,
Please tell me which VPS host do I chose as I am just starting one Wordpress blog. I am interested in Hetzner CX21 or Contabo S Ssd. Please guide me if anyone is using about its performance. O give me alternatives at the same cost. I have read some negative reviews about Contabo's Slow Network speed especially Upload and Heztner suspending Customers VPS without any reason.
Please Help.

If you are starting a new WordPress blog then you can go with shared hosting, later when your blog traffic increases you can move your blog to VPS.

Yeh you'r Right. But, the thing is that I do not get the same resources with shared hosting at this cost and I also need a Dedicated Static IP for better email marketing. Moreover, I also want to learn new stuff and how to use the Servers.

It depends on server processor and how many wordpress website you will host on your vps server. My suggestion, If you are hosting only 1 ecommerce wordpress site then 4GB RAM and 2 Core processor will be sufficient and for better loading speed and good performance you can install litespeed with 8GB RAM cache. It will handle your taffic and load of website easly.
