There were a lot of Free Web Hosting back 2012 although the way to 2016 I was wondering if there are any still left?

Yes, many companies are still providing free web hosting. You can do a Google search on it, you will see many results.

I did for a while now I tried most of them are very few sometimes are just click bait tbh there are none that are good. I have used x10hosting its good I am waiting for it to reopen after the maintenance break

Don't go with free hosting, at least you should invest $1 or $2 monthly for hosting to make websites run smoothly. If you really make websites for business, it is worth to invest money into web hosting services to have a good environment for your websites.

I like to see the hosting what it offers if it has good speed less downtime before I invest my money into it.

They are still around, though they have been mostly bought up by bigger places like tapatalk. If you're looking for a good one I do recommend Jcink, can't do anything server side but you still have a lot of forum software control. Otherwise there is Mybb and you just need to find hosting.
