My company is using Skype for business but everyone want to have a change to an application for voice, text messaging, free call, chat...etc which is better than Skype. I recommend them to use Whatsapp or Google Hangouts but not sure which one is better. Can any one suggest me some application that specializes in providing video chat and voice calls between computers, tablets, mobile devices and more?

Thanks in advance.

You can do voice calls with Discord but not video calls.

MS Teams I would go with that professionals business tends to use this simply download it there 2 options paid and free paid you get more benefits and then download the application. You can voice chat and text and It's available on both PC and Phone.

Yes Google Duo support PC. To use Duo on your laptop or desktop, simply go to duo.google.com. If you're already logged into your web browser with your Google account, there's no setup of any kind required.

You'll instantly see your Google Contacts list, can search by their name or number, and access various settings like blocked users, your call log, and Duo's Knock Knock feature.

The whole process is incredibly easy, especially compared to the whole QR code pairing process you have to go through with something like Google's Messages web client.

If you want, go with whatsapp, but for me, I still use Skype for connections.

Discord and Google Duo is about your only best options that I'm aware of. Looking around though, I see a lot of people recommending WhatsApp.

Well I think Slack is a good choice too you might want to try Slack Standard or Plus or Enterprise depending on your business and how many employees and staff members you have on and clients (users) is it a hosting? if so I think plus would work for you

You can try new MS Teams from Microsoft. Now Microsoft is offering it for free for 6 months

Whatsapp/Telegram/Signal. I would advise to create accounts in all three apps as there are customers who only use Telegram or exclusively Signal... if you don't have an account there you're losing customers...
