Optimize your keyword in Your video title, & Description. Share your video in social, Write attractive title. Remember, natural view, like & comments can grow your video views & ranking better than $1000 spend services.
I have a question. Every time I upload a video, it's quite hard to decide which tags to add. Do you have any tool helping you decide which are appropriate tags? Or I just have to come up with my brain one by one.
A good title and a helpful video can bring more and more viewer in YouTube. You also need to share your videos with social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc. Using a proper tag is not that hard. Suppose you want to know about the thing on your video (as a third person), then what would you search? I think you got the idea what I am trying to say.
At first i would recommend to optimize your video to get more traffic. Because this the main fact. Without a quality video you can't get into the market where more competitors are working out with their own.
Just think organic, you have to look on your content first, make sure that your video pretty interesting, relevant and mostly Shareable.
Then look into the video title and description make sure about using the keywords on the title and description.
Then go to the tags.
Yes, it's one of the most important piece for YouTube videos,
Use relevant and related tags with keywords, Research on those keywords to find more and relevant that are getting searched.
then move to the thumbnail, after you getting onto the thumbnail you should think more to make in catchy like a bait but don't make it irrelevant please.
After you complete all these steps, only then you can go for link building or sharing otherwise it won't work out as you want it to be.
What i didn't mention here is about making your video, for example if you are working on a business related technological product as any electronic device, gear and gadgets. You should make review videos for every product with good detail mentioning the recording quality should be good. I would recommend to use callouts, Lower third and other annotations to impress your viewers.
Follow your competitors how and what they doing. Subscribe more and more you tube channels and profiles. Also like them and follow. Promote your you tube videos into Social Networking sites. Tag people into that video. Share your videos into your targeted user's groups, pages, communities, etc. into all Social media sites. Make a blog posts about you video information and embed that video into that blog post. Also make Blog for your all kind of products and embed all your product or service related videos into that related blog post. Also make widget of your you tube channel and add that into all blogs.
lastly i want to say again, think organic with your videos. you won't need to depend on paid promotions at all.
Hope you find it helpful.
In order for you to increase your views on youtube, you should share your videos to social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. And you should also put a useful and meaningful title or description to your videos. Don't put a title that is too far on the content of your videos. Doing this tips will be a help for you to increase viewers in your channel. You will just see that youtube is starting to put you in suggestion videos list.
@PMonroe gave the best advice in my opinion. All I can add to it, is to keep making videos. If you only have one video, or maybe like one video per month, people will see one, and then they won't hear from you for a while until they forget all about you. So even if they don't subscribe just yet, you want to show that you post quite regularly, and that it's worth subscribing to you.
I agree with @PMonroe. Also, I want to add advice)
I work a lot with video marketing. There is such a thing multistreaming (https://restream.io/blog/how-to-multistream/). Multistream is the best way to live stream to not only YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, but 30+ streaming sites at once, so you can increase views on your videos, number of subscribers. (Example: in your video, you recommend to subscribe to your channel, then your audience and other people can subscribe to you from different social networks without extra spends for you).
Also multistreaming can help you make efficient product launches, sales, webinars, etc.
