How to ban an email spamming on my website?

One way you can prevent spam or minimize spam from your websites contact form is a
Captcha Form Protection system. I have listed a few below that many use and they are very good at preventing spam:

• reCAPTCHA v2 (Google's reCAPTCHA system)
• Invisible reCAPTCHA
• Akismet (Wordpress Plugin)
• Contact Form 7 Honeypot (Wordpress Plugin)

In regards to blocking the spam emails using the Plesk control panel this is somewhat hard as if the spam is being submitted via random emails using your website contact form then the spam filters in plesk may not work so well. However using a captcha system should definitely help you with your spam issues. There is also a tool in plesk for watching for outbound spam.
