What is Amazon SES email?

My hosting provider recommended me to use Amazon SES to send and receive emails but I have not used this service before. What is it and how can I use it for my domain email?

What hosting service provider?

Generally it comes out very cheap but you need more knowledge or time to configure everything.

I usually use emails that configured from my hosting control panel. I didn't use any thirty party email service.

Did I need to read tutorials about it? does it have any guide to help us to configure easier?
