I can login with root account into my server through SSH (installed Plesk control panel on it) but when I used user account (account for website) I could not do that, after filled username account and password, my Putty program is automaticlly close. How to configure my username account in Plesk so I can login with them?

Please follow the below steps to provide ssh access to domain user:

1. Login the plesk panel using admin user.
2. Go to the "domain" option.
3. Select domain name to which you want to provide ssh access.
4. Click on the "web hosting access" option.
5. Check "Access to the server over SSH" option set there /usr/bin/bash and then click on "OK".
6. Go home page and go to the "service plans" option.
7. In "Hosting Plans" section go to the "Default Domain" option.
8. You will see "Hosting Parameters" section, on that section at the below you will see the "SSH access to the server shell under the subscription's system user" set there /usr/bin/bash and then click on "OK".

hope this helps :)
