I am going to buy a small VPS at OVH and they are offering me two locations Canada and France. I am confusing when choosing a location. Which location is better? why?

Just choose one that fit your needs and or near your country due for latency.

There's a number of reasons that people choose different locations. Some are as simple as people wanting a server that's close to their target audience, to try and minimize the time in which the site takes to load.

You can compare a ping to the France location rbx.lg.ovh.net and to the Canadian location sbg.lg.ovh.net and choose the best.
