Does OVH offer domain name registrations? almost domain names I bought at Godaddy and Namecheap. I am just curious if domain names is being offered by OVH or not

You can find their domain service here https://www.ovh.co.uk/domains/
I had a look and realized that it was lower price than others but I don't know it is a good domain registrar or not because as i know they are just for web hosting services.
