Will a name server change on a domain affect the email accounts associated with that domain?

I want to change name servers to Cloudflare to manage. Will that affect the email accounts associated with my domain? I also have another option is, I want to use Google apps for email, if I use this, I also need to configure MX records that Google provided me on Cloudflare or on my hosting?

I've used Google apps for my email and it worked fine with CloudFlare. Just make sure to add your MX records to CloudFlare.

Also! Make sure you have your nameservers set to CloudFlare's provided nameservers.

If you are using cPanel, you can delete current MX record for your domain and adding these MX records that Google apps provided.

Don't forget to change Local Mail Exchanger to Remote Mail Exchanger in Email Routing to have it works
