I am buying a premium theme ($59) from Themeforest, it has 3 versions that work with Woocommerce, Magento and Prestashop. I am familiar with Woocommerce (+ Wordpress) and I have not ever used Magento and Prestashop. The problem is, I see Magento and Prestashop seem loading faster than Woocommerce. I don't know which one is the in 3 these ones. Any one give me an advice?

Well they are all good. I think Woocommerce is nice because you can easily Integrate your other static pages too. Woocommerce hooks and the ease of use is always an appeal too. I think its just down to personal choice and which you have most experience with.

We have done client sites with Magento before, and there have been issues we've had that have been a nightmare to work around. Something that could have been very easily done if we had used Woocommerce.

Magento should "only" be used for big e-commerce projects with a lot of products on several store, it's the most powerful e-commerce solution available, but it require a long server configuration and use more resources than Woocommerce or Prestashop.
Woocommerce is the easiest solution for small stores, and Prestashop a good alternative for medium stores.

I'd highly recommend WooCommerce. There are a lot of resources you can use to optimize WordPress. You can configure a caching plugin like WP Super Cache and optimize your images using Compressor.io or a compression plugin.

The biggest factors to your site speed will be your web host and the theme you purchase at ThemeForest.

I agree with the posters above and recommend WooCommerce for a WP site. The speed of your site won't depend on the e-commerce platform you use, but on the quality of your Theme, and of course your web hosting performance.

Woocommerce is good. Its comes with well known platform i.e. wordpress. Go for it. Speed issue can be reduced by using some cache plugin or other booster.

Prestashop is also good option, Both prestashop and woocommerce is good choice and various plugin available for both. As you have some experiences with woocommerce I'll suggest you to go for it.

Thanks,
Sasu
