As I searched and found some information about structured data here it is:

Many websites are generated from data that is stored databases; when this data is formatted into HTML code, it can be difficult for web crawlers to effectively interpret this information.

Structured data is on-page markup that enables search engines to better understand the information currently on your business's web page, and then use this information to improve your business's search results listing. For example, structured data makes it easier for web crawlers to determine company basics, such as NAP (name, address, place) data, as well as more complex information such articles, events, products, recipes, etc. on your web site.

So, depends on what you are having on your website you should put proper content for them to let Google spiders know how your web page is organized and it is easier to get your page rank higher on search engine results.

You have to open files in your theme folder to make changes.

I could not anything if I don't see where you want to edit, you may provide a screenshot of your website and where you want to place codes. I can help you codes too because I am running several wordpress sites.

You didn't mention you are using free sites from Wordpress, if so, you can not change templates on your Wordpress sites.
To edit or change whatever you want on the template, you need a web hosting and installing your wordpress sites on it, that will help you to change everything on your sites.

I think its not possible unless i take their premium subscription.

Obviously it is the difference between free and paid services from Wordpress.
