Cancel server at online.net?

Hi everyone, we have bought 1 dedicated server at online.net and paid via credit card and feeling inconvenient with this payment method and we will be trying another provider. we could not find the option of cancelling the service and I don't want to be charge for one more next months. How to cancel server at online.net?

Paying with credit card is safe when you use big companies. Online.net is an old and trustable company that for sure won't use your CC details to go shopping

Open a ticket with them explaining that situation. For sure they will arrange you a different payment method, or if you want to cancel, you can also request the cancelation using the support ticket system. Good luck!

Agree! If you are not finding the option then please open Ticket with the company. They will definitely provide you the option for cancellation of the service. Once you will cancel the service then your card details will be removed automatically.

Yes beside Paypal then credit card is also a good choice but It is not really convenient for customers who wanted to pay with Paypal.
I emailed them but they only accepted to pay with credit card and paid via this payment method although not interested.

I will try to apply your way, the thing we need is quite remove credit card info from them.
