Is there an easier way to get money from online world?

I have been working in the online world as a freelancer for almost an age, but havent made much and even the flow is not so great. Can anyone help me with an alternate option, easier to make money from and with lil or no investment.

Go for full fledged business, open your own company,promote it well. In six months,you will see your earning going high.

Freelancing has too much competition and on top of that companies don't pay them well.
