How to restart PHP FPM?

I want to reload my php.ini after did some changes on it but there's nothing in the document about restarting it. Do you guys know how to restart PHP FPM? or restart my php.ini without restarting whole my VPS?

service php-fpm restart
or

Code: 
systemctl restart php-fpm
restarting apache/nginx might also be needed afterwards

Yes after restart php-fpm, you need to restart your web server (apache/nginx).
