Syslogd 1.4.1: restart - what is it?

Hey there,

Today I just browsing through messages log file to see if there's something wrong there and there are these lines are caughting my attention.

Mar 16 03:00:05 instagator syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
Mar 16 04:00:06 instagator syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
Mar 16 05:00:04 instagator syslogd 1.4.1: restart.

As my check then syslogd is restarting every hour. I tried to check cron and its not there. Should I worry about this? and my server is working correctly?

Any suggestions?
