Now i want to know how can host these sub-domains on local server. Please suggest.

In fact you don"t need to create subfolder or subdomains to deliver to your visitors a website from a local server.
But that require to use a geolocation load-balancing with your DNS to redirect your visitors to the right website. But that will be expensive and that's not really easy to setup.

If you want to deliver your website assets in 4 countries from a local server, the best solution will be to use a CDN : Cloudflare, Keycdn, Maxcdn
Because I don't even have an estimated cost of a similar setup, it require to ask for a quote to a DNS provider. And if it's not properly done, you may have SEO issues if google see your websites as duplicate content

You can also use Nginx Global Server Load Balancing. It´s a future of the nginx server. I´m not sure but that may be a Nginx Plus only feature.

you can check more info here.
