I find Namesilo more slow (loading time) and complicated than Namecheap.

NameCheap has a great design also their support is on high level.
NameCheap also offer many promotions and have fair prices for their domains.
I hope you will go with NameCheap because from my side they are best option.

I'm registering almost all of my domains at Namecheap. I don't like their customer support (usually takes 45 minutes to solve simple issues...), but their promotions, especially Cyber Monday deals, are fantastic. An Odd thing that I found out, is their lack of .pro domain transfers - simply put: you cannot transfer your existing .pro domain to Namecheap.

NameSilo works better as a reseller, as they'll let you brand the emails that come from them related to domain transfers and renewals, as well as being able to add branding and a link in the WHOIS records that they serve up on behalf of your customers.

Namecheap's prices are good compared to most, and their support is friendly and most often fast and correct in their answers. However a lot of features don't work, wasted lots of time having to remove 100's of WHOIS protections by hand.

Can you tell me what features didn't work for you?
Having domains at Namecheap but have not face any issues as you said on my accounts.

I am using WHOIS protections from them but not going to remove it so I could not check this.
What is the problem here?

I was having difficulty configuring DU to work with my namecheap dynamic dns account. I'm switching from their dynamic dns client because it is awful.

I use both of them, but I believe that Namecheap is way better than Namesilo. But, Namesilo's prices are much better than NameCheap..But anyways I believe and I'm sure that Namecheap is way better than NS, Check it out and you won't face any problems.

I use namecheap for both domain registration and hosting. I can attest to their awesomeness. Nice easy interface and great customer support that listen and attend to your request with passion. Oh, lest I forget their cost is cheap as well.

I have never tried Namesilo even though I have read good reviews about this domain registrar. I am a happy namecheap customer. I have almost 100 domains with namecheap, most of which I registered during the promotion. Since I am very satisfied with namecheap, I never considered joining another registrar of hosting company.

To be honest, I've never heard of Namesilo.

When I first started buying domain names I used GoDaddy, but now I use Namecheap both for purchasing & managing my domains, and also for their hosting. I've never had any downtime (that I've noticed) and the pricing suits me. I find it easier to keep everything in the one place.

They often have some good coupon codes for cheaper domains and hosting which is an added bonus for me!

from quality, namecheap is more advanced, while namesilo is more simple

from price, on regular basis namesilo is cheaper, only 1 promo code works for 1 customer & 1 paypal account

I am having domains on both but I can define what is the difference between them as you said. Can you elaborate this?

I don't see any coupon codes for namesilo offering out there, also their price was very cheap.

i mean the websites, namesilo is very basic, no javascript or advanced html code, the menu links is in the right, no dropdown menu like in namecheap
the order page is very basic html too

try using this promo code when ordering at namesilo : TLDLIST
there will be about $1 OFF for register/transfer/etc

I see Namesilo's price is cheaper a bit but all my domains are putting at Namecheap because Namecheap has live chat support and easy control panel to manage and use domain names.

I’d say namesilo for price, NameCheap for support.

In my opinion, the responsive support is more important to me. So I transfered my domain from Godaddy to Namecheap. In addition, Namecheap offers WHOISGUARD service for free.

These are my two favorite domain registrars and someone asked me the other day about them. They asked which I like best and which did I think was better. I said that it was hard to answer that because I like them both.

I love the Namecheap customer support and their prices are good but Namesilo has better overall prices on domains when you look at both registrations and renewal fees.

If I had to pick just one then I would have to say Namecheap because customer support quality is the deciding fator for me when it comes to things like this.

I'm curious what some of you think. Namesilo vs Namecheap , Which do you like the best and what is the reason for your choice?
Both are very good if you compare .com/.net/.org prices, but Namecheap offers wide range of TLD’s at very affordable prices. But as said for .COM, .NET, .ORG namesilo offers affordable registration and renewal price. Both offers free whois guard.

Regards,
Adrian
