WHMCS licence checker tool?

I am dealing with a web host to buy reseller package from their site,Is there a way to check to see if a host has a valid whmcs license before buying form the host? In the word hands, I buy a WHMCS licence from someone, can I check if that licence is valid or not?

Why to purchase whmcs from others when whmcs website itself is offering the licenses. As far as web host is concerned , you have to check how long they are in business , if they are a registered organization , their reviews. Looks like you are after a reseller plan where you are getting free WHMCS license , as long as the license is working that is you are able to navigate through whmcs installation its valid , if its invalid the whmcs installation will generate the error showing invalid license.
