Hi everyone,

I used Cloudflare for one of my domains it it getting this error when accessing this url...i.e mydomain.com/cpanel

cPanel_error.png

But the strange thing is, I could access cPanel normally when visiting these URL.

Code:
My_IP_address:2083
or
cpanel.mydomain.com
Is mydomain.com/cpanel an issue when using Cloudflare? should I ignore this URL and using those URLs? is it possible to fix this problem?

That's the cloudflare Rocket loader which make your CSS or JS not working. Or it could be the http/https settings misconfigured.
And that's normal you don' have this problem with the IP or the subdomain because your don't use the cloudflare proxy by using them.

But it's only because you shouldn't access to your control panel using cloudflare or you have to disable the cache, and the optimization with a page rules.

If you are using the cloudflare DNS service, this could cause this issue.
Try letting the traffic go directly to your domain by clicking on all of the orange clouds in your cloud flare dashboard.

allow 15min and try again. (make sure your browser or network is not keeping cache)

It's the same for other control panels, with Plesk you can't use Cloudflare on the server domain.

But for cPanel that mean to have the IP of a server which run cPanel, I just have to do cpanel.domain.com ?

if you are using Cloudflare DNS you need to use cPanel login as cpanel.yourdomain.tld Which will show the cPanel icons properly
