It's been several years since I've used it, so maybe it's different and maybe my experience doesn't count.

Tried it several years ago, when it was wallet or checkout (how many times have they changed the name now?) with just two orders. Customers paid and received their order, was digital products. A week later Google says the payments where no good. Yep, a week later.

Maybe they've gotten better, but I probably won't use them again.

Also heard they don't have phone support? Not sure if that is true, but if so, that's a deal breaker for sure.

People talk about using so many different processors, but if your not making a ton of sales it might take forever to get your money as many processors have minimum payouts, ect.

For me it's Pay Pal with their ATM card. Instant cash.

Has anyone Used Google Pay?
If you are meaning "Google Wallet", then I have it and have used it. Paypal is my preferred payment choice, especially since more places accept Paypal.

If you are meaning "Android Pay", then no, I haven't tried that out myself. It's supposed to be easier to pay for apps/games/etc. but I have yet to try it.

Google is not at all expanding its Google Pay business and it's limited to US AND UK since it was launched.

Google pay is limited to buying apps and other stuffs on play store. Also the credits are used for buying games, music, all on Google play. You can't buy actual products or send or receive payments. Here PayPal and other platforms are better than google pay.

Google Pay is just a secure method to use your credit card or your bank account for paying something online. It's something very similar to Amazon Payments, which is totally independent from the Amazon Wallet.

You can use Google Pay in websites that require a payment from your Credit Card, and that way you know it's safer and you can get all your payments organized.

This method is currently used in the Google Play Store, but I've seen it in a hundred other pages that have nothing to do with Google.

Any problems with Google Play? or are you referring to Google Pay? You can load up your Google Play Store credit by using Paypal or any cards with VISA in it. You can use those credits to buy a apps and games or buy items inside a mobile game or unlock features in an app.

Ron Killian,
I never heard about google pay only this day. Your comment is informative. At least now I have idea about google pay base on your experience and it shows that I made I right choice by choosing paypal as you have stated paypal has a better service. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Consider Apple Pay as well. Apple Pay is going to change the way we pay for things. And before they say Google Pay is better on more phones, remember that Google hasn't been pushing it as a major feature of Android. Thanks to Apple, it will, meaning marketing will be directed at both iPhone and Android customers, and adoption of both will rise. Thanks

I haven't tried that yet. May most preferred use for e-transactions is PayPal and Paymaya. It is more commonly used worldwide.

I've heard of Google Pay. I don't think it's available in all countries. You may not be able to access it, from outside the US.I may be wrong about this. Someone let me know. I would also put a big question mark on this method of payment. How come it's not widely known? Also, how many of us have had our emails hacked. My vote would be plenty. Would you risk your pay account being hacked?
