Yes of course your website can reach the top position - provided of course that your website is stronger than your competition. There are over 200 ranking factors which contributes to that... Just because PR is not updated and provided to the public, behind the scenes of course that is another matter.... Google has many metrics which it does not show the public...

Pagerank has nothing to do with SERP results. There are many high PR websites that are way behind in serp results. It obviously helps to have a good pr and building user trust but there are certainly 200 factors each having 50 sub-factors (10000 in all) that help determine how a site will come to the top. Make sure that you have your on page done correctly, post good quality relevant contents with optimized images and these will help your site get to the top.

PR has almost nothing to do with ranking your website in Google first spot. The only thing that we should keep in mind is that does it really be helpful to the users? Or does it have everything that a user is looking out for.

Yes with no doubt a a website with a PR0 can rank on first position. Ift you have good amount of high quality backlinks pointing to your website. Also you don't have to worry about the PR as Google is not going to update it for a while. Focus on other ranking factors.

Google updates PageRank every single day. They just no longer release the data publicly. Even when they did, it was always older data anyhow. PageRank is a factor in rankings, but it is 1 of over 200 ranking signals used by Google. If PR was a major ranking factor, sites like Facebook would rank for everything.

Pager rank has nothing to do with keyword rankings. Keyword ranking requires various criteria like link building, authority and many more.

Thanks for your question..! Pulling up article on the first of search engines listing is what everyone wants it....

As you read lots of answers from lots of expert seo above, there were many facts which google ranked you article depend on those. Hence, lots of webmasters are trying their best to follow those article, and try to bring their article up on higher..

But I have a question..., why does Google needs to list your higher than other..?

I think that you first you should answer the above question, then find how to do it...

There is no relation between pagerank and Google ranking. Google does not give rank a website on the basis of pagerank.

So don't misunderstand that if you have good PR then you can also have good ranking.
