I'm focusing much now on my own blog so I only spend a few hours a day like 3-4 hours. 30 mins curating contents for my blog using CurationSoft which I don't even need to log in to my wordpress blog and for the remaining hours? checking emails, watching videos, doing a little bit of SEO and of course hanging out on facebook. lol

I spend about 10 hours.. From Monday to Friday, and up to 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday and it is very bad.
My eyesight has deteriorated.
