Yes, Payoneer website said you can withdraw paypal fund using their mastercard but Paypal said we can withdraw using a card only with a visa logo.

Yes it is possible. Just attach your payoneer bank account on your paypal account. Withdraw.
Then you could use the your mastercard to withdraw it on atm.

I am using Payoneer's MasterCard since last Year, my experience is very good with it, i usually transfer my funds to my Payoneer Bank account on Monday, and the money arrives in my Mastercard on wednesday or thursday.. And Happily i go to ATM and withdraw those funds from my Mastercard. it's a little costly, but works great.

Yes,It's very possible. All you need do is transfer your Paypal funds to Payoneer bank account and automatically you have it in your Payoneer Mastercard. This is the easiest and best way I withdraw my Paypal funds and it is super reliable.

Alternatively, you can just withdraw into your personal bank account and withdraw with your card,Remember charges accrue on all fronts.

You could withdraw paypal funds through your payonner master card in the past, however, currently paypal does not accept withdrawal through payoneer master card. Paypal even does not recognize payoneer card if you are trying to add the card in your paypal account. Paypal also does not recognize the BOA account that comes with your payoneer mastercard.

In my own opinion, withdrawing funds from paypal is best using a bank account rather than a payoneer master card. The main reason is stability and security. Although it will provide ease but cost much.

You can have an atm card for your bank account. Use your mastercard when buying and paying using your Paypal account. Hope this would help. Good day.

You can do this but you need a bank account attached to your paypal account. Then you transfer the money from your paypal balance, to your bank account. The account which should be back-ended to your Payoneer card, will then release the funds onto your Payoneer Mastercard. From there you will be able to spend that money. Also some advice, transfers of money done before 7 pm on a weekday normally end up in your account by the very next morning.

I don't it is still possible to do that. Paypal doesn't accept Payooner card to verify account, and as such, may be difficult to make withdrawal with its card.
