Should put the blog on a sub-domain or folder?

Hi everyone,

According to you, we should put the blog on your primary domain (such as yourdomain. com/blog) or we put it on a sub-domain such as blog.yourdomain. com and which one is better for SEO and visitors?

Any ideas ?
