How to do it? (A brief idea)
1.Do a keyword research and write 10 articles about a subject you know well.
2.Go to blogger.com and start a free Blog.
3.Post first article in first day and make backlinks into post from high PR sites (Bookmarking, social networks, forums, blog comments)
4.Wait 1 - 2 days and publish next article and make backlinks.
Do the something and Submit all articles as well as get more backlinks into Blog via High PR sites. (Be careful, Google Consider about back-link spaming)
Ask for Adsense….. Adsense team will check your Weblog and you can place appropriate Search engines adsense ads after acceptance.
Next, you need more guests......... Learn SEO well and implemet, apart from that use other free traffic methods too.......
