Try to minimize image size, reduce CSS, additional junk files, remove plugins that are not in use, don't build unnecessary pages, use HTTPS, reduce redirects.

the loading of the website depends on your web designing and your hosting server
you can easy find out whats the issue of loading by checking your site speed with google speed and other online tools

If your website is WordPress, I recommend paid cache plugin, it will improve your website loading speed very good, if your website has other platforms then redis or memcached that installed on your hosting will help.

There are several ways that you can decrease website load time.

1. One of the most common methods is to use a Content Delivery Network (CDN). A CDN will serve your website's content from a location closer to the user. As a result, it will reduce the time it takes the user's browser to request your website's content.

2. You can use dedicated hosting to decrease website load time. It will not only reduce load speed time, and it will scale your website and make it more secure.

3. You can also use compression techniques to reduce the size of your website's files. It will also reduce the time it takes the user's browser to download your website.

4. You can optimize your website for mobile devices. By making your website mobile-friendly, you'll improve its load time on phones and tablets.

I moved to a new hosting and it is faster than old hosting, that helped my website load faster. I would suggest this way :)
