I've been receiving frequent AutoSSL email notifications from cPanel about SSL certificate events like expiration, renewal, and installation. While these are helpful, they are starting to overwhelm me.

Does anyone know how to disable these notifications for a single cPanel account, server-wide, or even for administrators?

I’ve heard there are options in WHM and even API commands to manage this, but I’m not sure of the exact steps. Could someone share a detailed guide or best practices for handling this?

Lastly, I’m planning to write an article on this topic, so any additional insights or resources would be appreciated!

For a single cPanel account:
  • Go into WHM > Tweak Settings > Notifications and disable the "SSL Certificate Expiry Notification" for specific users.
  • Alternatively, in the cPanel account itself, go to SSL/TLS Status and disable the AutoSSL notifications from there.
