How can I change PC name in Windows 10?

Hi everyone,
I bought a PC from my friend, it is using Windows 10 but when I used it, I saw its name from my friend used before. I tried to change PC name when login or logoff but not succeeded. How can I change PC name in Windows 10?

You do not worry: Follow these steps,

  1. Click the Start menu and select Settings.
  2. Click System.
  3. Scroll down and click About.
  4. Click Rename PC.
  5. Type your new PC name and click Next.
  6. Your computer name will change when you restart your system.

Maybe I asked wrong title for my question, I wanted to change this username account, not PC name
