Not much to choose between them, both are pretty identical.

I feel CPanel should move to TLS as its more newer and better then SSL its SSL successor so it should be more better security too.

I think cpanel auto SSL & lets encrypt SSL both are same and works fine. But I will suggest to go with lets encrypt SSL certificate.

I used cpanel ssl because it is auto on this control panel. I used it some months without any issues.

Lets Encrypt does not offer EV SSL that what I don’t like about it also there is hardly any support for wildcard certificates but still it has managed the best way to do certificates for most of the people

Both cPanel SSL and Let's Encrypt SSL can be used to secure websites, but they have different features and costs.
cPanel SSL is a paid service that provides a dedicated SSL certificate issued by a trusted certificate authority (CA) such as Comodo or GlobalSign. It offers a higher level of security and is usually more expensive.
Let's Encrypt SSL, on the other hand, is a free, open-source certificate authority that provides SSL certificates that are just as secure as paid certificates. The process of obtaining and renewing a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is automated, making it easier and faster for website owners to secure their sites.
So, the choice between cPanel SSL and Let's Encrypt SSL depends on your needs and budget. If you want a dedicated certificate from a trusted CA and are willing to pay for it, cPanel SSL is a good choice. If you want a free, easy-to-use SSL certificate that provides adequate security, Let's Encrypt SSL is a good choice.

Both cPanel SSL and Let's Encrypt SSL are good options for securing a website with SSL.

cPanel SSL provides a paid SSL certificate that can be easily installed via the cPanel control panel, and provides strong encryption and reliable authentication of the website.

Let's Encrypt SSL is a free, open-source SSL certificate that can also be easily installed on a website, but with a more limited lifespan of 90 days and less robust encryption compared to paid options.

In conclusion, the choice between cPanel SSL and Let's Encrypt SSL depends on the level of security and the budget of the website owner. A website with a large audience and sensitive information may benefit from a paid SSL certificate, while a smaller website or personal blog may be able to use the free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate.
