Free malware scan software available to scan Wordpress site?

Hello,

Nowdays the wordpress sites are getting affected by malware, lot of infected files getting enter in wordpress site and some wordpress files getting auto edited with malware code.

We tried to scan wordpress site with maldate software but its not getting fully scan...

Is there any other free malware scan software available to scan wordpress site?

If you are using cPanel, you should be able to activate a free virus scanner in plugins

If you do have root access to the server, you may use Maldet (maybe it's the one you used already).

Beside that, there is Ispprotect that is very good too. It will also report any vulnerable modules used by your wordpress, etc. But that one is not free.
