I am going to install a live chat support on my ecommerce website and I am confusing when choosing between Tawk.to and Facebook chat? According to you, which one is better for getting conversions with clients when they visit websites?

I prefer tawk.to chat as it is very easy to implement on the site, connect to for several users.

Both Tawk. to and Facebook Chat are great options! If you want a customizable and feature-rich solution, Tawk.to is excellent. However, Facebook Chat might be better for conversions if your audience is already active on Facebook, making it easier for them to connect with you.

It depends. For me, you will choose Tawk.to if you are looking for a tool with lots of customization options.
On the other hand, Facebook Chat might be the best option if you want to make the most of your current Facebook audience because your visitors will prefer to engage to a platform that they are more comfortable with.

If your business and website are brand new and you don't have an audience or don't know where it hangs, Tawk.to is a great option for a start, as it's free.

However, if you already have an audience, you should care about it and allow your clients to reach you on a platform they are more comfortable with, as @DediRock said. In this case, it's better to look for a chat solution that provides omnichannel integrations. For example, LiveChat allows you to integrate Facebook chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, and many other platforms through which clients or prospects can reach you. It's comfortable for everybody – the clients can reach you on a platform that they are more comfortable with, and you store all that communication in one single dashboard.
