I really really like what I see about FA web hosting, but I have a number of questions about email and about domains before I sign up. I have attempted to contact Sales at FA by entering a service ticket (my first ticket was number 543574, my second ticket seems to have vanished down a rabbit hole). The phone number 1-855-977-1660 is always busy.

FA says they have great customer service. I'd like to begin to get some of it. For Pete's sake, I'm trying to buy the product. If FA can't do that for me, what can they do? Am I grouchy about this? Yes.

Sales: how about making a sale? I'm done trying to reach you. You have my email address.

Hi Tom,

I have checked the ticket you have sent and I was actually the one to take your ticket regarding the questions about the emails. I sent you a reply on Saturday the 13th have you not received it? Please check your spam as I know gmail tends to send emails to spam when they are not spam.

Here is the message I sent to you:

Hi Tom,

Thank you for contacting us. I would be happy to provide answers to your questions. :)

1. Yes indeed if you are looking at the DELUXE plan you get 25 email accounts. The emails will be using
whatever domain name you would like the only thing that would be shown from us is the hostname and ip address. For
example this is what your email will look like: [email protected] or myemail@mydomain and you can change the first part or sub domain to whatever you want
then you can create email accounts for each domain name you place under the account.

2. You can definitely access all your email's online through this address: [https://fusionarchosting.com/webmail](https://fusionarchosting.com/webmail)

3. Yes your email's and its contents will be stored on our servers. It will be under the same account for your website using Cpanel.

4. We do indeed have an anti spam software. We have deployed spam assassin for our servers that will help you prevent any spam. We can help you with this in customization and set up.

5. Yup we can register domains for you or you can transfer existing domains to us.

6. In regards to accessing Cpanel you will not need VPN to gain access. However if you would like to use VPN then yes you will be able to access it using a VPN server.

I am really glad to assist you and if you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask. We also provide 30 day money back so you can try our services without any worries.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

As a general note on server housekeeping, its always worth checking the rDNS and other settings (such as the server ID in the HELO) are correct / matched, as some SMTP servers (for example mail.com, etc.) will reject connections from MX that are not fully matched, so finally the message is never delivered (might well be in the send queue if not yet expired) but when sent via a mail sender / or in PHP this is not immediately obvious as it appears sent.

Going to the spam box may also indicate the same / similar issues, or alternatively just too many hyperlinks and images are present in the message... which can be hard to judge as it depends so much on the receiving party (and their providers) spam settings.
